The workshop will focus on the main principles of pre-operative implant planning using Exoplan and techniques to ensure you can design a surgical guide for implant placement using patient CT/CBCT data.
Starting with an introduction into the Exoplan software, participants will gain invaluable insight and understanding to plan and design an implant case. We will then move on to the design and printing phases of the Exoplan software.
Basic Itinerary for the day
- Exploring in detail the capabilities and usability of Exoplan
- Look at the pre-operative planning of dental implants using the visualisation of the implant placement within images of the patient’s anatomy
- Go through the process of designing a surgical guide using CT/CBCT data
- Exporting the planning and design results to printing a surgical guide using 3D printing technology in-house
